Delivery and ReturnsStandard 1st Class Delivery (3-5 days): £4.00 AvailabilityWe aim to dispatch your order on the day of receipt if received before 2.30pm or the next working day for orders received after 2.30pm or on a weekend or public holiday. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will send the remainder of your order and refund the out of stock item if it is unlikely to be back in stock in a reasonable amount of time. Alternatively we may at our discretion hold the order until complete if the delay is likely to be no more than a few days, we will inform you of this via email if necessary and advise on the estimated time delay. CarrierDelivery is via Royal Mail with Standard Delivery orders arriving within 3-5 days. Next Day via Special Delivery deliver most items the next working day by 1pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public and bank holidays). Some deliveries will be made on Saturdays if the item arrives at the local delivery office that day, but can't guarantee delivery. Next Day delivery will arrive at the following postcode areas by 5.30pm the next working day: Next Day delivery will arrive at the following islands within two working days by 5.30pm: Next Day delivery will arrive at the following islands three working days by 5.30pm: Next Day deliveries will require signature. In the unlikely event of an order been lost by the courier we endeavour to replace the order within 21 days. If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding £5 for domestic to cover our costs we have incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly. We will inform you of the refund amount via email. If you still require the goods please reorder. Next day delivery is guaranteed by the courier when selected and not by Wildmoor Spa & Health Club. Damaged, faulty or wrong itemDamaged, faulty or wrong items must be returned to Wildmoor Spa & Health Club within 30days and before a replacement can be issued. If you are returning an item that is either damaged, faulty or wrong and we have agreed to its return we will also refund the product value and your return postage up to the value of the cheapest method of recorded delivery available. Wildmoor Spa & Health Club reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Wildmoor Spa & Health Club confirms we will issue a replacement. |
